In the middle of winter and Sag Season-- when the snow has quieted the land, how do we tap into our inner Sagittarius; Finding some excitement in our life, opening our hearts up to the medicine that is life, socializing, meeting new people, treating ourselves, and keeping the fire going.The Solstice Social and Sound Bath has been curated just for that!
Our doors will be open to the public for a Winter Solstice Pop-up Market with Local Business Vendors, come in shop for some unique holiday gifts! Or get a reading from one of our gifted readers that will be set up within the market.

We will be hosting three events through out the day, Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, and Sound Bath led by Heaven Vrana of The Heavenly Energy to help move through those winter blues.

This will be a beginners class, we will be focusing on stretching the full body, emphasizing the heart, chest, and shoulders. We tend to become folded in during the winter months, our body droops like the plants outside, and the practice of yoga can be a helpful tool to remind ourselves to stay open as we move through winter.
In this practice we will be focusing on the basic of yogic poses, moving our bodies with intention and in a way that feels good. We will focus on our foundation and understanding of how our bodies uniquely move.
Paired with music for the soul, the goal is to find yourself lost in your own rhythm.
Come enjoy the healing energy of movement, music, and breath.

Our ancestors have been participating in ritual for generations, during big transitions in ones life, adulthood, marriage, battle, loss, they would gather as a village, and celebrate this right of passage.
As we usher in this new year and season, let’s gather and tap into our ancestral roots with the tradition of ceremony.
We will be gathering in community with the heart opening plant medicine of Cacao - Keeping in the spirit of opening up to the experience of life, Cacao has been used in ceremony to help aid in the awakening process, learning about oneself, letting go of negativity, and tapping into that Heavenly Frequency.
We will be setting our intentions, and celebrating our own unique journeys.
This is a time for you to sit with yourself and reflect, embrace the new and let go of the old.

To set in those intentions and really help to release the energy we will be ending our evening with a sound bath journey.
Open yourself up to the healing power of sound, and breath. Come explore yourself, your body, and relax the body and mind.
We tend to go through a lot of our life with a heightened automatic nervous system, high stress, fast pace, etc.
Sound baths help to soothe the nervous system, restoring the body and mind to it’s original state. Using the power of sound or frequency to tap into the subtle body, each bowl is tuned to the frequency of the earth, and the notes carry the sound frequency of each energy center we hold in our body, restoring each attendee to their own natural state.
This is perfect for meditating, relaxing, filling up your cup, or working through some shit that’s heavy.
Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and anything to make yourself feel cozy. You will be bathed in sound from 8 Quartz Crystal Bowls and a rain stick, there will be a guided meditation provided with the sound, to aid in the process of releasing and intention setting.
