SOLSTICE HARMONY: Movement and Sound Immersion

Join Movement Practicioner, Paulina Kairys and Sound and Reiki Healer, Jenna Cordaro for an immersive evening of setting intentions, powerful movement and release through sound healing.

Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, marks the start of the summer. We welcome you to try something new in your practice. The evening will start with Paulina's guide through Steel Mace Flow, a practice that incorporates Warrior-like training that will leave you feeling strong, capable and accomplished. Following our movement, Jenna will ease us into a meditative state with her sound healing experience.

Dress Code: White comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely

Bring: A blanket or mat to lay on for sound healing, water to stay hydrated throughout your experience
