Taught by Deborah Wilk. Celebrate the Solstice and our latest sunset of the year with a guided walk integrating elements of Shinrin-yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing) and Mindfulness Meditation. As we transition from Spring to Summer, bask in a full sensory immersion of Nature – the gorgeous vibrant colors of the garden in the early evening light, the birds singing their end of day songs, and the shifting energy of light and shadow. Slow down, breathe deep as you are led in practices which soothe body and spirit as we honor Nature’s restorative abundance in this season of Light. Deborah Wilk is a psychotherapist and co-founder of Mindful in the Wild.
