Solstice Dismemberment Journey - Sound Bath - Breathwork Ceremony

We will gather together in a sacred medicine space to go into a deep journey to dismember our illusions, limitations, stories, and energetic/physical imprints that impede the expansion of our souls consciousness and ascension. We will burn off our 3rd dimensional frequencies and give rise to our rebirth into our 5th dimensional selves as love.

This healing will include an alchemical sound bath using the frequencies of the Earth and Venus gongs, quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, rattles, ocean drums, and smoke medicine.

We will end with a breathwork ritual that will allow us to embody full body presence, release any lingering emotional or energetic residue, and cleanse the lens of perception.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and gentle process that encourages everyone to explore, experience, express, and release their emotions. It is deeply healing, energizing, and suitable for all people.

No previous experience required.

Epilepsy, bipolar-disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, heart conditions, delicate pregnancy, high or low blood pressure with a tendency to fainting, or recent major surgery.

You are welcome to join the session in these cases, but you are advised to use a modified nose breathing practice, please just let us know privately beforehand. Please consult your GP if in doubt. *All information will be held in confidence.

Breathwork is led by certified breathwork facilitator and ceremonial artist Briana Pharos of Beauty and Breath.

Journey work is guided by energy medicine practitioner Kathy Sietos of Green Light Reiki.
