welcome to Solstice celebration with DANCES OF UNIVERSAL PEACE
We open with the praxis of Body prayer, led by Jessica Ullevålseter and move into Dances of Universal Peace,- a "dancing kirtan"- held by live music.
Dances of Universal Peace:
We embody the prayer as we move to simple choreographies and sing with the musicians.
We dance and sing to the world´s religious mantras and come together in love and peace.
There is live music and the musicans sit in the centre as the dancers will move around them amd sing the mantras.
This is how we create one body of music=frequency and practice body prayer.
No previous experience needed.
This circle is a prayer and a religious work- we use all religions to closer to a fuller expression of the One.

19th of June we will celebrate solsitce. Bring a (ecologic and organci) gift to create a gift for the earth together;
such as flowers, fruit , stones, sticks, etc.
Donation; recommended 150-300, according to your avaliability.
Money goes towards musicians travelcost and administration.

We aim to create a big circle- so it is more fun to dance and a strong frequency of peace.
We are passionate about bridging different cultures in Oslo, religious and ethnic groups.

what is Dances of Universal Peace?
We are a sufi linage from the chisti order of India developed into a western universal islam that give reverence to all religions.
If you would like to dance to the mantras you sing, you will love Dances of Universal Peace.
Our songs extends from hindu mantras, to pachamama prayers,to the armeic Jesus, Allah and Santa Maria, and all the names and faces of God you may imagine. In Oneness there is no separation.
