Join us before the Winter Solstice for an experience to prepare for the upcoming months! As winter sets in, we are reminded to slow down and breathe, accept completion of the year, and turn within. During this event Jessi Mini will lead a ceremony to welcome winter and release 2025. Lia Pappas will team up with Jeff Mini for a guided breathwork and sound bath session.$30 per participant
