Solstice & Full Moon Yoga & Meditation + Optional Wild Swim on the Heath!

Traditionally people celebrated renewal, life, fertility, and the potential for a good harvest on the summer solstice. Today people around the world still celebrate the arrival of summer with outdoor feasts, singing, dancing, and bonfires.

Celebrate with us with this outstanding holistically healthy celebration content I've conjured for you, suitable for all ages, genders, cultures and abilities.

The summer solstice is the longest day and the shortest night of the year. It’s all about the tilt of the earth and its rotation around the sun in a single calendar year.

We will also be practicing a Full Moon ritual to manifest positivity and declutter our minds and bodies.

OPTIONAL WILD SWIM AFTERWARDS! In the Mixed Pond to really connect to the elements of nature that we'll be celebrating

THE CELEBRATORY RECIPIE:

Beautiful, sunny Hampstead Heath on the grass with the trees as shade if required.

Bring your own mats & bottles of water. Wear loose, comfortable clothing... the brighter, the better! Bring swimwear and towel if taking a dip afterwards.
