- How to create and absorb momentum to introduce textures, musicality and playfulness to your dance
- Working with blocking, reversing, pausing and accelerations
- Advanced preparations for creating dynamics, work with turns and inertia and nail your double or even triple turn

✨ Mature your dance and up your cool factor with body movement articulation and bounce foundations to better express musicality ✨
- Improve body movement articulation and control - isolations, waves and rotations
- Create musicality with body movements whilst traveling
- Understand bounce foundations to create different textures in your dance
- Understand how to use levels - ground and suspension
