[solidcore] x AfroTech Pop-Up at Discovery Green

Join \[solidcore\] for a morning mat workout inspired by the strength-based format we run in our studios. Normally executed on our custom-built reformer, these traditional strength training moves are performed at a slow, controlled pace. We're bringing that same format without the machine — and you'll still leave smiling, stronger, and connected! A great way to kick off the day!
Mats provided are first come, first served. If you have your own, you are welcome to bring it.
Curious about the brand behind the shakes? Stick around after to learn about career opportunities at our HQ, and catch us all week at our booth in the Expo Hall.
Before attending, please download our [\[solidcore\] app](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/solidcore/id1452460311) to create an account and sign our liability waiver.
