[solidcore] is hosting an open audition call in our NEW Seattle market! This is YOUR chance and we’re looking for the best of the best. Show up and show out! [solidcore] is for the [bold], the [passionate], the [confident].

[solidcore] is a full-body, resistance-based workout that breaks down muscle to failure (hence the shakes) so that they build back stronger. What also makes [solidcore] so unique is it’s an immersive experience – a dimly lit room under the blue lights, energizing music and you. Our coaches’ personalities are a big part of what makes our [community] so special.

No fitness or coaching experience is required. Come as your authentic self – we’ll teach you everything you need to know! At [solidcore], you’re not just delivering a workout…

What to Expect

You should come prepared to [sweat] as you will be instructed through a 20-minute core and oblique sequence. Class will be followed by your 2 minute audition and group interview. You can expect the entire process to take 1.5-2 hours. As a bonus, all participants will take home a [solidcore] swag bag!
