About this Event

Start Your Morning Strong with [solidcore] x Iron City Gym! 💙🎀

Join the [solidcore] Katy team at Iron City Gym in Cypress for a morning of movement, community, and fun!

Meet us on the turf on Sunday, October 25th at 10:00 AM for a 40-minute mat workout inspired by our signature [solidcore] format, led by Senior Coach Andrea and Coach AC. This full-body workout will bring the intensity and intentional movement you know and love from [solidcore], all in a fun mat-based format.

Come ready to sweat, connect with the community, and start your Sunday strong! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re asking everyone to wear pink as we come together to support and celebrate an important cause. 🎀

But the fun doesn’t stop after the workout! Your ticket also includes:

✨ Free access to Iron City Gym for the entire day
✨ Exclusive [solidcore] discounts
✨ Açaí Brasil pop-up
✨ Time to hang out, connect, and explore everything Iron City has to offer

Whether you’re already part of the [solidcore] community or you’ve been wanting to try us out, this is the perfect opportunity to move, meet new people, and experience [solidcore] in a whole new way.

What to Bring:
• Your own mat
• Water
