Info: Esteban Kelly is the Executive Director for the US Federation of Worker Cooperatives (USFWC), founding President of the freelancer co-op Guilded, and a co-founder of AORTA (Anti-Oppression Resource & Training Alliance), a worker co-op that has built capacity for hundreds of social justice projects through intersectional training, facilitation, and consulting. Jarrett Hagglund has been active in the co-operative housing sector since 2018, when he joined the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC’s Board of Directors, following more than a decade as a member of Emma G. Housing Co-op. In 2023, he moved into a staff role and now serves as CHF BC’s Managing Director of Governance & Member Engagement. He also serves on the Board of the BC Co-operative Association, helping advance the broader co-operative movement across the province.
