➡️ This workshop is for women who are navigating those moments and looking for a supportive space to reflect, connect, and move forward with intention.
✨ This 'Inner Voices' workshop is designed to offer a calm, supportive space for women to arrive gently and connect in a respectful, nurturing environment.
☕️ The day begins with a warm welcome and morning tea on arrival, allowing time to settle in and feel comfortable before the session begins.
📚 Throughout the day, enjoy a delicious lunch, hear our guest speakers reveal their inner stories and we'll further explore storytelling, reflection, and practical resources designed to support wellbeing and inner strength.
💆🏼♀️ A pamper-me element is included to encourage rest and care, along with moments of grounding and connection. Care-pack on arrival.
