The Discalced Carmelite Friars of Little Flower Basilica invite you to the Mass of Roses celebrating the Solemnity of St. Thérèse, patroness of the Basilica.
The traditional shower of rose petals during the mass is in remembrance of St. Thérèse's promise: "I will let fall from heaven... a shower of roses."
After Mass concludes, blessed roses are distributed to the assembly, and all are invited to a reception at the parish hall.
