This is a cool route. Depending on how far you're going, you'll get to stop off at quite a few cute little La Mesa parks -- so fun!
We'll meet at La Mesita Park (the Jr. Seau Sports Complex). It's in La Mesa right off Fletcher Parkway on Dallas Street (near Michaels). Pull into the driveway and park down by the bathroom (on the way to the Y). Call or text me if you have any questions.
Here are the training mileages;
Holiday Half = 5
Resolution = 8
Carlsbad/AZ RNR = 6
Disney = 7
Official training for Mermaid (3/14) starts next week, so this is a great weekend to get warmed up (and talked into it!).
Make sure you bring water to carry and mid-run nutrition. See you bright and early on Saturday!
