Youssef Swatt's, from Tournai, is a rapper with a distinctive style. A lover of the French language and steeped in 1990s rap, he uses the word as a means of expression. His devotion to rap goes beyond the music. It is a genuine search for meaning, marked by emotionally charged lyrics and a keen social awareness. He describes the daily life of an entire generation torn between dreams and harsh reality.
Since his debut, he has impressed the rap scene with albums like ‘Poussières d'espoir’ and ‘Pour que les étoiles brillent’, both praised for their authenticity and innovation.
His collaborations with well-known artists such as Scylla, Gaël Faye, Demi Portion, Hugo TSR, Roméo Elvis, Caballero & JeanJass and Georgio endorse his talent.
