Aprils Yoga Brunch has sold out so here’s another one! Yoga Brunch at Joy will be back and in June and I cannot wait!
Come and move, breathe and find a little calm in this energising vinyasa class that is suitable for all levels including beginners. We will then stop for tea, coffee & an incredible Brunch Spread form Hills Grazing. This is going to be a really wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning. Spaces are really limited on this event as Hills are also providing a beautiful table set up for us. Numbers are limited again so please book early to reserve your space!
