This sacred seasonal threshold marks a turning point: the moment when light slowly begins its return, and we’re given permission to release what has grown heavy and welcome in what feels true.
??Join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath, a nurturing blend of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls woven with a gentle guided meditation. Together, we’ll slip out of the busy mind and soften into the parasympathetic nervous system — the place where your body can breathe, your heart can settle, and your energy can realign.
☃️As healing frequencies wash over you, allow them to melt tension, clear stagnant energy, and open space for renewal. This is a time to honor your inner stillness, reconnect with your intuition, and plant seeds of intention in the fertile quiet of winter.

*Please arrive a few minutes early to find a spot and settle in. Door opens at 10:45am. Late arrivals will not have access after session starts.
*Bring a water bottle and anything that makes your comfortable. I have cushioned mats and small pillows, but please bring blankets, pillows, stuffies, whatever makes you feel calm and relaxed.?
