‘Unification - Mantra and Breath Ceremony for Divine Union’ with Shakti Tracy is a space to release and reset beliefs, wounds, or conditioning that may be causing disharmony between your Inner Divine Masculine and Feminine aspects.
We all have Masculine and Feminine energies within us, regardless of our gender identity. Our Feminine polarity provides the power of creation, while the Masculine gives it form and guides its evolution. Together, they are the ultimate co-creative forces in the universe, and we need them to work well together within us too.
The ceremony provides a space to let go of hurts from past relationships, ancestral wounds or unhelpful social conditioning.
Unifying these aspects can transform your life and relationships with others, make it easier to manifest, have creative ideas and take action.
The practices can also help you to step closer to the Truth of who you are and enable you to experience yourself as a pure and unique expression of Divine Love.
In the 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with -
- Sanskrit Mantra and Songs to activate and invoke the Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and Unity Consciousness.
- Shamanic Journeying to merge with the Divine and attune to this frequency.
- Conscious Breathwork to fill you to overflow with sacredness and release anything that is not that. (You will have the option of working with either conscious connected breathwork or gentle heart breathing)
- Crystal Bowls and Sacred Sounds to support your journey of transmutation and transfiguration, allowing you to hold more light within.
- Movement and Dance to celebrate you as a living embodiment of Divine Energy.
- Opening and Closing Circles for intention setting and integration
NOTE - Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. Whilst we will try to create a safe and loving container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue. There is never any need to push further than feels right in this session.
Contraindications
During the Breathwork, is NOT recommended that you do the Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina.
An alternative gentle heart breathing technique will also be given to anyone who would prefer to use that.

And is a Senior Breathwork Facilitator Teacher with Breathing Space, leading groups through their comprehensive 10-month training program (Next training starts in September 2025).
