On Saturday, November 23rd, Halifax's music community comes together to celebrate one of the greatest concerts of all time. The Last Waltz Halifax is a faithful recreation of The Band's famous final concert, and features an incredible lineup of over 25 prominent Nova Scotian artists—all backed by the amazing Eastern Stars (Formerly King Harvest).The very first Last Waltz Halifax was held in 2009 to mark the (temporary) closing of The Marquee Club. For the past 15 years, the Halifax Music Community has come together every couple of years to present this amazing tribute to the timeless music of The Band.
Full lineup announce coming soon - we are working to make this year our best one yet as we mark the 15th anniversary of The Last Waltz Halifax.
Tickets are $40 adv plus taxes and service fees / $60 at the door
