Sourdough 101 is a hands-on educational workshop designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of sourdough baking. This class provides both practical instruction and take-home resources, making it ideal for beginners or those wanting to build confidence in sourdough baking.

What Participants Will Learn:
This class will cover the essential foundations of sourdough, including:
Starter maintenance and storage
Mixing sourdough dough from scratch
