Our first-ever half-day aerial yoga retreat!! You don't have to spend a ton of money on travel expenses and accommodation to go on a retreat. We're offering this retreat right here at the studio on E Commercial Blvd.
Our half-day retreat is packed with goodies - aerial yoga, meditation & breathwork, and hanging out ;) with fun people in the serene soul sanctuary of DAY Space.
What to expect?
Breathwork, meditation, aerial yoga (all levels are welcome), workshop elements, a few intermediate pose breakdowns for those interested, aerial dance, time for free flowing and photos, ending with a nurturing floating sound bath in the cocoon for deep relaxation. Delicious freshly squeezed juices and vegan treats. Kombucha on tap!
You will walk out with peace in your heart, feeling zen, empowered and happy with a bunch of new pics to show your experience to family and friends.
