Landscape Workshop: Atmosphere, Reflection & Depth
Step into a slower, softer kind of painting experience—where mist hangs in the air, reflections ripple gently across the water, and every brushstroke builds a sense of calm.
In this 3-hour guided watercolor workshop, you’ll learn how to create a serene, frame-worthy landscape from start to finish—no experience needed. This class is all about capturing feeling as much as technique. We’ll focus on layering, softness, depth, and reflection, using liquid watercolors to create that dreamy, atmospheric effect that makes landscapes come alive.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the entire process, with plenty of support along the way. Whether you’re brand new or looking to deepen your skills, you’ll leave with a finished piece you’re genuinely proud of—and a whole new understanding of how watercolor can work for you (not against you).
What You’ll Learn
How to create depth and distance in a landscape
Techniques for soft, atmospheric backgrounds
Painting realistic reflections in water
Layering with liquid watercolors for richness and glow
Brush control for delicate details and silhouettes

Location: Tina Williams Art Studio (2nd floor – please note there is no elevator access)
BYOB: Feel free to bring your favorite beverage or snacks 🍷

Ages 12+ (minors must be accompanied by a paying adult)
Limited to 12 students for a cozy, supportive experience
