Rope Dart! What is it? Only one of the coolest flow arts props you can use- it's super unique and very fun to play with!
For this 4-week series, you don't need any flow experience (although some poi flow helps) and you don't need any of your own props. We will have rope darts available to borrow free of charge (and to purchase if you like).
Intro to Rope Dart runs 4 consecutive Tuesdays, at 5:30pm. You must sign up for all 4 weeks of this class, as it is a series.

This class does not involve fire and is 100% indoors. If you are interested in fire flow, ask your coach about attending our Fire Safety classes. You may also attend our studio Fire Jams at any time, to observe some fire students in action, and bring your friends! Day props are also welcome at our jams.
