Join us for a Sourdough Bread Baking Class!
Come to the Layered Studio for a relaxed and enjoyable baking class with the Layered ladies! You'll learn how to make sourdough bread from start to finish, and we'll provide you with a starter to make your own bread at home!
In this class, you will:
- Learn the entire sourdough process from start to finish, including our techniques for mixing, folding, shaping, proofing, and baking the dough
- Learn how to make and feed a starter
- Taste some fresh sourdough in class
- Take home your own sourdough starter
We will also provide:
Detailed recipes and easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.
Samples of fresh sourdough bread to taste in class
A starter for you to take home to make bread with
Snacks and house made non-alcoholic beverages
