Created exclusively for this year’s festival, Five by FIFE invites diners into a carefully crafted five-course journey that will showcase the restaurant’s fire-driven style and commitment to innovation.
Each course focuses on a single hero ingredient, transformed through precision, creativity, and refined technique. Expect bold flavour combinations, elegant presentation, and a dining experience that celebrates craftsmanship at every level.
Optional wine matches are available by the glass, with communal seating adding to the shared occasion. Due to the style of this event, there can be no accommodations in the menu for dietary requirements. Key ingredients include shellfish, gluten, dairy, kiwifruit, nuts, mushrooms, eggs.
