Class Description
Work with our talented kitchen staff making tamales and sopas while learning about tequila and mezcal with The Libation Project
What to Expect
-Class Time 2-3 Hours
-Learn to cook tamales, prepare the fillings and build
-Learn the art of building a sopa
-Tequila and Mezcal education with Cocktails
-Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate
-Demonstration with lots of hands on practice
SYLLABUS
-Demonstration on tamale fillings and how to cook
-Demonstration on sopas
-Learn about Tequila and Mezcal, and enjoy cocktails made with them
-Build tamales to take home
