*Please message or email us to be put on the waitlist.*Join us for a weekend of focused, in-depth training led by Bruce Bookman, 7th Dan Shihan. This Advanced Intensive is designed to accelerate your progress and deepen your understanding of Aikido.
What to Expect:
~ Personalized, one-on-one instruction with Bookman Sensei
~ Training in bokken and jo, freestyle, and advanced applications of fundamental techniques
~ Practical themes that bridge the gap between basics and advanced movement
~ An opportunity to reset and revitalize your Aikido practice for the year ahead
~ Students often experience months’ worth of progress over the course of this immersive weekend. All affiliations are welcome.
Eligibility: 4th Kyu and above, or with instructor permission
Enrollment: Limited to 26 students. $205 for the full weekend.
Friday: 6:30-8:30pm
Saturday: 8:00-9:30am weapons practice (in the park)
12:30-1:45, 2:15-3:30pm
Dinner at nearby restaurant starts at 4:30pm. Everyone welcome including kids.
Sunday: 8:00-9:00am Aikido Extensions (optional). 9:00-11:00am, 12:15-2:15pm
