A Kundalini Yoga Workshop and Gong Wash
The Origami House is excited to welcome yoga teacher and sound practioner Adrienne White for this special workshop in July.
As we find ourselves in the heat of summer and this is the perfect time to return to the center of yourself, fire element, and feel your true power.
Kundalini Yoga, is known as the Yoga of Awareness and uses intention and purpose in each practice to achieve an energetic result. The practice includes movement, mantra, mudras, meditation, and lots of breath. You will feel the results immediately!
Each Kundalini practice ends with a Gong Wash to seal the intentions and take you to a deep state of relaxation. You will receive an extended Gong Bath in this workshop to seal your Solar Return.
