Join Ranger Payton at Fort Selden Historic Site in Radium Springs, New Mexico, on Saturday, July 11, 10 a.m. - noon to explore the history of cyanotype printmaking and create a photogram print! Visitors will create their own print on pretreated paper using flat objects and digital negatives provided by the site, as well as the New Mexico sun. During the program, you will learn about the history and significance of cyanotype in the 19th century, and the chemical process involved in creating these prints.
