Enjoy our Viniyoga-trained instructor Jean Parker-Renga leading you through a practice designed to support the solar plexus chakra, your will, and lifestyle transformation.
Gain an overview of the anatomy for your sacral chakra, along with specific herbs, essential oils, gemstones, and a take-home yoga asana (yoga posture and flow) practice to assist you throughout the month and life's ebbs and flows to balance and keep cultivating your soar energy!
