Rest in an aerial hammock or with blankets and bolster on the mat, as you enjoy a sound bath for New Moon & Solar Eclipse. Invite deep reset and replenishing for an intensely powerful cycle of change.Solar Eclipses are about inviting the new. Robin will give some astrological insight to this spring's eclipse pair. Let this integrate while you rest & receive. Reiki will also be offered.
Sound vibrations are absorbed by the body, helping to relax the nervous system and offering other whole body benefits. Singing bowls, both metal and crystal, crystal prisms, chimes, tuning forks and other sound instruments may be incorporated. Robin and Jared will use multiple instruments including ocean drum to increase feelings of well being and open the heart to the rhythm of change.
Sound is powerful so we use it intentionally and respectfully, with your highest good at heart.
Wear layers for warmth as body temp may drop during the sound bath
