Breathwork is a powerful, safe and loving way to deeply connect to spirit and experience transformational energy immediately while consciously harnessing prana through the connected circular breathing technique. We are celebrating the solar eclipse with breathwork, conscious dance, friends and community with a potluck and community gathering in a new wellness space in downtow Santa Barbara CA. Wellness is moving your body, following your breath and making friends with amazing powerful energy all around! The solar eclipse happens before 10 am but we will be celebrating into the evening. Come and share this time of transformation with Logan at Energy of Jade Studio downtown in Victoria Court. From the fountain in the courtyard you will walk towards Victoria St, pass The Standard Men's Barbershop and go up the flight of stairs to your right. Up two flights of stairs onto the rooftop entrance with succulents all around.
