Solar Dehydrators, Earth Ovens and Wild Seed Bread

In this hands on class, we will be gathering the wild seeds from the land and making our own wild seed bread. We will also explore solar deydrator designs and play with the many ways of storing food. Katrina Blair will be guiding us on this adventure of the taste buds.
