SOLAR Awakening (Summer Solstice Event)

Step into the light and join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed to awaken your body, open your heart, and reconnect you with your inner self.

Solar Awakening is a carefully curated experience that weaves together mindful movement, sacred cacao, shamanic drumming, gong sound healing, and conscious community. Through movement, ceremony, and sound, you will be guided on a journey inward, creating space for renewal, clarity, connection, and transformation.

We begin with a gentle yet energising Solar Awakening Yoga Practice led by Neil. Drawing upon over five years of teaching experience, Neil guides you through breath-led movement and flowing sun salutations designed to awaken the body, increase vitality, and cultivate presence. This grounding practice helps calm the mind, open the energetic pathways, and prepare you for the deeper experiences that follow.

From there, you will be welcomed into a heart-centred Cacao Ceremony led by Zaria. Working with ceremonial cacao as a gentle plant ally, this sacred ritual invites you to slow down, connect with yourself, and open to greater self-awareness. With more than twenty years of experience as a holistic therapist, Zaria creates a safe and nurturing space for reflection, intention setting, and emotional connection.

The journey then deepens as Ash and Christie guide you into a powerful Shamanic Drumming and Gong Sound Healing Experience. Combining rhythmic drumming, therapeutic percussion, crystal singing bowls, and immersive gong vibrations, this sound journey is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic release, and expanded states of awareness. Ash brings over two decades of meditation experience and a profound connection to sound as a transformational practice, while Christie offers a grounded and compassionate presence, ensuring a supportive and intentional experience throughout.

Following the sound journey, there will be time for gentle integration, sharing, and reflection within a supportive closing circle. This allows participants to process their experience, connect with others, and leave feeling centred and nourished.
