• Program requirements, including income guidelines, credit and debt criteria, and residency
• The "sweat equity" commitment — the volunteer hours partner families contribute toward building their home and the homes of others
• Affordable mortgage terms and what monthly payments look like
• The application process, required documents, and timeline
• What to expect from selection through move-in

Staff will be available to answer your questions, and applications will be distributed at the end of the session.
