A fun athletics event for junior athletes (7-14 years).You do not need to be a member of rour academy or an athletics club – ALL welcome!

EVENTS ON THE DAY: Shot Put, Discus and Javelin
DRAFT PROGRAMME:(approx. times only - it may vary slightly on the day)
9.30 - 10am: Registration and warm Up
10.00 - 11.30am: Shot Put (7-10 years) & Discus (11 - 14 years)
11.30 - 12.00pm: FUN event for all
12.00 - 1.30pm: Shot Put (11 - 14 years) & Discus (7 - 10 years)
1.30 - 2.00pm: FUN event - our traditional tug-o-war challenge
2.00 - 3.00pm: Javelin (11-14 years only)
COST: $5 per event
PRIZES: Medals and spot prizes.
FREE Family FUN EVENTS for all, including the under 7s!!
Cake Stall & BBQ will be running on the day! (Cash Only)
