Schedule:
10:00 AM - Sacred Circle Opening:
Gather in community to set intentions for the day, opening the space for a transformative journey.
10:30 AM - Lunar Prana Vinyasa Yoga & TRE Shake:
Open the channels of your body through a gentle Lunar Prana Vinyasa Yoga practice. Followed by a Tension and Trauma Release (TRE) shake to release old patterns and down-regulate your nervous system.
12:15 PM - Cacao & Breath Ceremony:
Sip on a warm ceremonial cacao elixir to expand your heart field. Enjoy sacred embodiment leading into a conscious breath journey culminating in a crystal bowl healing sound bath.
2:15 PM - Organic Raw and Ayurvedic Vegan Lunch:
Replenish your body with a specially crafted lunch featuring organic raw food and a non-raw, ayurvedic vegan option. Indulge and savor Inspired Alchemy superfood cacao truffles for dessert.
3:15 PM - Midday Break and Connection:
Enjoy relaxation, connection, journaling, and optional activities such as the biomat & chi machine experience or a rejuvenating hike in nature.
4:45 PM - Ecstatic Dance & Closing Circle:
Integrate the energies cultivated throughout the day through an ecstatic dance journey. Conclude with a final closing circle, sharing insights, gratitude, and sealing the day.
