On Summer Solstice we gather as a community to honour the light within and around us. We will move, breathe and practice in ceremony as the sun sets over the ocean.For centuries yogis have welcomed Solstice as a moment of devotion and reflection.
Not only because it marks a seasonal shift, but because it mirrors our inner evolution.
The practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is more than movement:
it’s an acknowledgment of lifeforce + gratitude + awakening.
We honour:
The light in nature, the light in each other, and the light in ourselves.
Because living yoga is a practice we embody—not just on the mat but in how we show up in life:
softening where we hold
inviting what we want to grow
letting the breath teach us something
And because shared practice makes us stronger.
