About this Event

Soiree is excited to announce that our next event is Saturday 12th March, 2022. Our signature event, the Roaming Dinner Party is back and this time the Ladies are HOSTING and the guys are ROAMING.

Its time to assemble your group of 4. Ladies will HOST a dinner party in their group of 4 and have 4 guys turn up for Entree course, followed by 4 guys turning up for main course and then 4 new guys again for the dessert course. The guy groups of 4 will be ROAMING between three different groups of ladies houses for Entree, Main and Dessert. Everyone will then head off to an amazing after party at a new secret location to be revealed closer to the date. Here you can connect with all the new people you met over dinner along with 300+ other like-minded people participating in roaming dinner parties across the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Inner West, North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Places are strictly limited for this event and we will sell out again so please secure your tickets now. First course starts between 5pm and 6pm depending on geographical locations of the HOST houses.

FAQ FOR MARCH 12TH 2022 EVENT:

# HOSTING:

LADIES WILL BE HOSTING in groups of 4 and are asked to prepare a 3-course meal.

GUYS WILL BE GUESTS in groups of 4 and are asked to bring the wine for each dinner course.

# HOW IT WORKS 

Step 1 - Gather a group of 4 friends and allocate a "team leader" to sign your group up. Ladies are HOSTS and Guys are GUESTS when purchasing your tickets.

Step 2 - HOSTS prepare a 3 course meal and stay in one location at one of your group members house. 

Step 3 - GUESTS provide the wine and travel to 3 HOST locations (1 hour at each location).

Step 4 - ALL head to a VIP after party to reconnect with everyone you met at dinner, plus all those from the other dinner parties happening simultaneously.

# TICKETS:

The total ticket price is $89 per person including GST. Your ticket is purchased as a group ticket of 4 people. The ticket  covers:

- Matchmaking and HOST/GUESTS logistics

- Travel between courses for GUESTS

- Travel to and entry into the VIP after party for all participants

Ideal Hosting Locations: Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Inner West & North Shore / Lower Northern Beaches.

No group places are guaranteed. Our matchmaking is based on a range of criteria, not first come first serve. We try our best but will notify your group if you can take part 10 days prior to the event and provide a full refund if we were unable to successfully match you.

We are not an exclusively singles event, many people take part to "wingman" their friends or simply meet new people. We create the platform to do something different with your Saturday night - the rest is up to you!

# MATCHMAKING:

The criteria for our matchmaking is based on a number of factors including age, profession, hosting location, social profiles and nationality. All of which you can enter when you book in. 

# HOSTING LOCATIONS:

Due to the fact that we need to get GUESTS to and from HOSTS within a set time frame, the hosting locations are obviously very important. We request that the HOST HOUSES be based in and around the Eastern Suburbs / CBD / Inner West / Lower North Shore and Lower Northern Beaches. 

# SELECTION POLICY:

Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to take part. We are very much restricted by the number of groups that book in and coupled with the matchmaking criteria, this sometimes means that we can’t approve everyone. Your booking reserves your place in the overall selection process, however, we will notify your group 10 days prior if you have been selected or not, providing a full refund for those that have not been matched this time round.

# GUEST DRINK REQUIREMENTS:

GUESTS are asked to bring 12 bottles of wine/bubbles. We recommend bringing a variety of red, white and sparkling. This allows 4 bottles per course.

# TRAVEL POLICY:

Sydney Soirée covers the travel between courses for the GUESTS and travel to the after party for all participants. Travel to the first course and travel home is not included. All taxi / Rise Share receipts are to be sent through as either JPGs or PDFs in one batch per group with one persons account details. Premium and XL ride shares will not be refunded. Please use standard services. We endeavor to process all refunds within 2 week of the event. Please email receipt within 4 days of the event to [email protected]

# OUR VALUES:

Whilst our event appeals mostly to singles (having a few Sydney Soirée marriages now!), we are not an exclusively singles event. Many people take part to do something different and have a great evening with mates, meeting new people. So, whatever the motive, get the crew together and get involved!
