Join Ronald McDonald House Charities® New Zealand (RMHC® NZ) and Te Nukuao Wellington Zoo for our joint fundraiser, 'Soirée at the Zoo: A night for our families and animals.’ RMHC NZ and Wellington Zoo have a long history of working together in the community. We wanted to secure the future of the work we do by hosting this fundraiser, as we approach nearly a decade of partnership.

🏡 Every day, RMHC NZ provides families with a child in hospital a ‘home-away-from-home'. RMHC NZ supports over 4,400 Kiwi families every year, keeping them together during their toughest times.
Te Nukuao Wellington Zoo welcomes families using RMHC NZ services to the Zoo for free, through our community partnership. Each year, over 400 adults and kids come to spend time with animals in nature. The zoo is a place of healing for over 250,000 people each year, including whānau from RMHC NZ.
