Join Sofia Drekou, founder of SofusionYoga, for a powerful and immersive Sound Healing Certification Training designed for those who feel called to explore the transformative power of sound.

This intimate training blends the science and soul of sound healing, offering hands-on experience with instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other sacred sound tools. You will learn how sound affects the nervous system, how to create a safe and supportive healing space, and how to confidently facilitate your own sound journeys.

Through guided practice, demonstration, and experiential learning, participants will gain a deeper understanding of resonance, vibration, and the art of holding space through sound.

This training is open to yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, therapists, bodyworkers, and anyone curious about incorporating sound into their personal practice or professional offerings.

Saturday, September 26 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Sunday, September 27 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What you’ll experience

• Foundations of sound healing and resonance

• Nervous system awareness and trauma-informed space holding

• Hands-on practice with bowls, gongs, and other instruments

• Techniques for creating and guiding sound journeys

• Building confidence as a sound facilitator

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a Sofusion Sound Healing Certification and may qualify for continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance.
