This training session will guide you though how to use Softworks as an employee.

- How to log in to Softworks on a desktop and via the Softwork Employee Self Service App
- How to reset you password
- Clocking In and Out
- My Infomation
- Leave Balances
- How to book Annual Leave
- How to book other leave types
- How to cancel an absence
- How to upload documents
- How to update your skills records
- How to trouble shoot on the desktop
- Information available on the Softworks/WIMS Intranet page.
- Q&A
Thoughout this session as HODs I will be touching on where to find areas relating to been a Manager. Full manager training will be delived on a later date.
