What if the medicine you've been searching for isn't more information but safe nourishing connection?
In a world that moves quickly and asks us to constantly perform, many women are quietly longing for something much simpler, to soften, to exhale, and to feel genuinely held.
Soften is an intimate, women-only relational touch workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others through the healing power of consent, presence, and compassionate touch.
Throughout our time together, you'll be gently guided through partnered (dyad) exercises that invite authentic connection, nervous system co-regulation, and the experience of both giving and receiving touch in a way that feels safe, intentional, and deeply nourishing. Every exercise is rooted in clear consent, and you are always welcome to participate at the pace that feels right for you.
This is not about massage, fixing, or performing. It is about rediscovering what it feels like to be present in your body, to trust your boundaries, to receive without guilt, and to experience the profound medicine of caring human touch within a supportive circle of women.
We'll gather outdoors in nature, surrounded by trees and fresh air, allowing the environment itself to become part of the experience. As the workshop comes to a close, you'll be invited to settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, followed by time for quiet integration before returning to your day feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
Whether you're longing for deeper connection, feeling touch-deprived, navigating stress or burnout, or simply craving a gentler way of being, this space was created for you.

Tickets are $60 per woman if you want to e-transer to save on fees you can use the same email as above, just put your name and number in the etransfer message box so I know who you are. Tickets are non refundable but can be gifted or used at the next event if you need to cancel. Also there is free parking right where we will be on E 19th ave, also there will be a washroom near by, and mostly private area.
