Join Amy Thorson of Nativ Healing for a relaxing, heart-centered journey through restorative yoga, reiki + sound healing! This 90min melt into your mat experience brings calm to your nervous system, much needed rest and relaxation, and a gentle guide back to your breath, your body, and your heart.

During our time together, Amy will guide you through gentle restorative yoga poses while providing hands-on Reiki healing. This combination will help you achieve a profound state of relaxation and healing, balancing your body’s energy and enhancing your overall well-being. We will close with a 30min high vibrational alchemy sound bath rich in harmonics and healing frequencies. These sound vibrations penetrate the body at a cellular level to help quiet the mind, relieve stress and anxiety, and achieve a greater state of inner peace.

Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, alchemy sound healer and tea ceramonialist. She has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20 yr marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki, sound and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.

Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Offerings include private 1:1 & group healing sessions, as well as group sound baths, tea ceremonies, reiki trainings, mentorships + retreats.
