Soften is more than a workshop—it’s a ritual designed to awaken oxytocin, restore regulation, and celebrate the transformative power of sisterhood.
In this intimate session, you will:

Set the Tone & Intention: Begin with gentle introductions, grounding yourself, and creating sacred agreements around consent, safety, and presence.
Guided Meditation & Dyads: Flow into a guided meditation that opens your nervous system, followed by dyad exercises to explore attuned connection with another.
Consent & Touch Exercises: Practice playful, safe consent exercises before moving into 60 minutes of mindful partner touch, exploring presence, softness, and trust.
Biolight Grounding: Immerse yourself in a 30-minute biolight session, letting your nervous system integrate and your energy settle—like a sound bath for the body and soul. Integrative Share Circle: Close in a circle of reflection and support, sharing insights, sensations, and the quiet power of being witnessed.

This workshop is for women who want to release tension, cultivate softness, and nourish their capacity to receive and give love, without judgment or expectation. It’s a space where sisterhood becomes medicine and presence becomes art.
