About this Event
For the September edition of Soft Supper, we're taking that very literally.
Join us at Soft Bar for an intimate five-course dinner inspired by Earth, Wind & Fire, the changing of the seasons, and everything we want to eat and drink at the beginning of fall.
The evening will unfold through three chapters:
EARTH
Deep, grounded and abundant. A celebration of what grows below and close to the soil.
WIND
Bright, aromatic and light. Herbs, florals, acidity and ingredients that feel alive.
FIRE
Warm, toasted, charred and spiced. The final transition into fall.
Our culinary team has partnered with Farm to People and Acme Smoked Fish to feature locally produced products from . Each course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully composed zero-proof pairing from the Soft Bar beverage program.
Expect seasonal ingredients, unexpected pairings, good music, a beautiful table, and the kind of dinner that gets better the longer you stay.
