About: This “workshop” is great for those who are battling for the first time during @softservewaackingott and also welcomes the dancer who needs to brush up on their limited battling experience (1-3 years). Get to know how Waacking battles are (generalized), what to expect in this particular @softservewaackingott battle/event, mock battles, an environment that supports but also challenges you, various battle approaches, cypher and battle etiquette, honest feedback and more.
Who is this not suitable for: Students who shave zero Waacking experience, those who do not plan to battle the following day, and those who have 15+ years battling experience (the seasoned dancer)

About: From @samiammontolla: This workshop will focus on speaking with our arms, bodies, connection to ourselves and music. The Sound Healing approach is really getting to listen to ourselves and what we are feeling. Leaning in what we are trying to express when we move. / Waacking will be used in conjunction with this approach and is not considered strictly a Waacking workshop.
