The Soft Life Sanctuary is a transformative wellness retreat created for Black women seeking intentional rest, emotional healing, sisterhood, and renewal. In a world that often asks us to carry so much, this sacred space invites you to pause, pour back into yourself, and embrace the softness you deserve.
Through guided meditation, sound healing, somatic movement, reflective workshops, nourishing Afro-Caribbean cuisine, healing circles, journaling, and authentic community connection, participants will explore what it means to choose peace, prioritize wellness, and create a life rooted in joy, balance, and self-love.
