Soft Life Reset Night: Lavender Field Edition

Step into the lavender field for a peaceful evening designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Soft Life Reset Night is a gentle outdoor experience rooted in nervous system support, mindfulness, and simple rituals you can carry into everyday life. Surrounded by the calming scent of lavender, we’ll take time to pause, release the stress of the week, and create space for reflection and renewal. This intimate gathering is intentionally limited to preserve a cozy, restorative atmosphere.

What to Expect

During this guided experience, we will move through a simple Soft Reset ritual, including:

• Centering breathwork to ground and relax the body

• A guided journaling prompt for reflection and clarity

• A mindful moment in the lavender field

• An aromatherapy bracelet ritual to carry the reset home

Each guest will receive a lava bead aromatherapy bracelet and lavender oil to use during the experience and continue using afterward.

What to Bring

• A journal or notebook

• A pen

• A blanket or something comfortable to sit on

• Water if desired

Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended as the event will take place outdoors in the lavender field. Optional journals will also be available for purchase at the event if you would like one for the experience.

Tierra Robinson is a certified clinical aromatherapist and herbalist and the founder of Tierra Robinson Holistic Wellness. Through gentle wellness education and small-batch aromatherapy products from Reign Body & Soul Aromatherapy, Tierra helps people create simple rituals that support rest, balance, and nervous system care in everyday life.
